Reject all scorn,
O heart of sadness,
And in thine own time
Know peace.

Who am I to judge
That ancient rite of passage
Known only to an inner few?
I yearn for that rite,
And have scorned the controller of the rite.
May I, by grace, be found worthy
By He who knows the heart.

Ancient of Days, do not forget me.
When all is said and done,
Let me not fall into your Sea of Forgetfulness.
O __vara, remember me
And my lonely, breaking heart.
And let the time be soon
When I enter the rite,
And become wholly thine.
And one with thee.
